Community Amenities

Alluring landscaping and a welcoming fountain & pond invite us into Lansdowne. The views and sunsets from our rolling hills are truly exquisite.

Our clubhouse features a large living room area, fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to entertain friends, family, and business associates. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy neighborhood gatherings.

Our pool is the perfect setting to while away a lazy and hot summer day.

Our two lighted tennis courts round out the list of prized community assets.

When you combine these physical amenities with the natural graciousness of our residents, it adds up to a remarkably neighborly, friendly, and energetic place to live.

Schools

Some of the best schools in Tennessee and the Southeast are right here. We are zoned for the following public schools: Edmondson Elementary, Brentwood Middle (which earned the prestigious national designation of Blue Ribbon School in 2006) and Brentwood High School (which has been named one of Newsweek’s “Top High Schools” in the U.S.). We are blessed to be close to several exceptional private schools.
